journal entry
personal January 19th, 2000one of these days i am going to put you on a nice website. till then you are just a mailbox. had a good day today. did my lower body workout today. also finished up the workout from monday doing the other 2 upper body workouts i missed (biceps and triceps). today i was so sore … how sore was i? well lets just say i had a hard time all day getting out of the damn chair. it felt good knowing that my body was rebuilding … and some of the pain from my upper body was gone except that me working the 2 other parts of the upper body out today as well kind of threw some stuff off. so my chest muscles were sore and my lower body was sore. people were looking at me like i was weird, but screw them 8).
it snowed like mad today. had to walk to the train in that .. and then to top it off … i was tired from the workout this morning and i fell asleep on the train. i was out for like 5 minutes .. but what happened at that time. of course, i missed my stop. so instead of getting home at 7:45 i got home at 8:50. arg .. i really have to learn. this was the first time i fell asleep on a train though. i did it one time on a bus and missed my stop by like 2 miles so one for each for of transportation is fine by me. hehhehe …
anyhow, i am getting a lot of reading done. i am proud of where i am now. i am starting to work on some goals now. i think my goal is going to be 10lbs a month. i think i can sustain that and work in that area. if i do more then great. i think that the bfl program will allow me to do this. really though i think 30 lbs in 12 weeks is a better goal. that way if i gain muscle in a period of time i will still feel like i am on track and not get discouraged. this time working out is like last time except that there are no holidays in my way. i really want this and think that this time i can achieve it.
