well i finally signed on with another gym. i went over my decision over at my learnfitness.com site. i know i posted a bad vent about them last year but i honestly think i was under the influence of ego at the time. anyhow, i really like the facility and had a killer workout today.


for those of you that are unaware i am following the body for life program again. i have seen huge success following it in the past and know it works. i got sick and tired of the stress at work and my eating or not eating because i was to busy trying to stay ahead there when in fact my lack of fitness was making me more tired and less productive. it was also making me an irritable manager and person in general. not that i am every snappy or anything .. hehhehe …


in all seriousness though i am back and badder then ever. i’m gonna rock these 12 weeks with some serious passion. will keep you all informed as to my progress as it progresses.


been getting ready for this holiday season … put up some cool lights outside with amy this past weekend. i covered the west side of my house and put a cool spirally tree out front as well. i also put my lights from last year on my porch behind my house. getting into the x-mas spirit. i am having new years at my house this year so that should be interesting. my sister in law christina, ellis, mike lori, kris and michelle are coming into town from michigan for it. it is going to be a full house but i know we are going to have a phenomenal time. i am working on planning out the time so they have fun the whole time yet don’t blow their life savings. lots of fun cooking, shopping, playing games, and in general just hanging out with friends and family. isn’t that what it’s all about … and did i mention my partner in crime in all of this is amy.
