body for life July 27th, 2003my workouts are going well, i lost another 3 pounds this week. my workouts have been going great and my eating is pretty much perfect as well. a few days weren’t perfect but darn close. this week i’m planning on getting some additional evening bike riding in for a few extra calories. i’m also looking for a perfect workout week. last week amy and i skipped one workout but i can honestly tell you it worked wonders. i’ve felt a lot more rested since then and as such has some great workouts.
