fitness timeline
here is a graph of my progress since i started body for life and started taking care of my body. like everyone i’ve had my up’s and down’s. i’ve divided the below timeline into entries and notes as to what happened where. i’ve also added my long term and short term goals along with the date’s when i’d like to achieve them.
each entry below contains the date of the entry and some statistics for that entry. the left number is my weight on that date and the right number is my waist measurement on that date. if you have any questions about the information feel free to drop a line. i love to answer questions and help people with health & fitness.
as you can see i’ve failed a few times, but i keep getting up and starting again. i don’t want to be fat and overweight forever. this is not the person i want to be, this is merely a temporary pothole in the road. i will hit these goals and maintain it once i’m there. wish me luck ...
